WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including but not limited to workstation/server hardware and software, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
  • Configure, install, and maintain IT users’ desktop software and hardware including current versions of Windows, MAC, line of business applications and MS Office products
  • Escalate to 3rd level support on server-related problems
  • Responsible for documenting solutions to problems and developing end-user guidelines
  • Other duties may be added as defined

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Technology Service Provider/Managed Service Provider experience
  • Experience in the following technologies: Azure, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, Cisco networking
  • Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components including MAC’s and PC’s
  • Knowledge of computer peripherals and ability to diagnose problems
  • Experience in computer repair and networking
  • Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills

  • This is a full-time job
  • Compensation: $10,000 – $xx,xxxx based on experience
